1. Select your preferred first day of the week
2. Choose your date and time format
3. Create a schedule name
4. Define your rotation pattern
5. Set your rotation start date

The entire process takes just 5-10 minutes!

A rotation is your repeating work pattern. For example:

• 2-on-2-off: Work 2 days, off 2 days, then repeat
• 3-day rotation: Day shift, Evening shift, Night shift, Off day, then repeat
• 4-on-4-off: Work 4 consecutive days, then 4 days off
• Custom: Any pattern that repeats on a cycle

1. Create a rule (e.g., "Wake me 1 hour before Day Shift starts")

3. If you pick up overtime or change shifts, alarms adjust automatically
4. You never have to manually set an alarm again

You can create different alarm rules for different shift types.

When you add an overtime shift, Smart Alarms automatically adjust. For example:

• Your alarm is normally set for 5:00 AM (1 hour before your 6:00 AM shift)
• You pick up a 3:00 PM overtime shift
• ShiftWorker X automatically moves your alarm to 2:00 PM
• No more waking up hours too early for late shifts!

Absolutely! Create multiple Smart Alarm rules:

• "Wake me 1 hour before Day Shift" (e.g., 5:00 AM for 6:00 AM shift)
• "Wake me 2 hours before Night Shift" (e.g., 9:00 PM for 11:00 PM shift)
• "Wake me 90 minutes before Evening Shift"

Each rule applies automatically to the corresponding shift type.

Use the Manual Shift Override feature:

1. Tap the day you want to change
2. Select "Add Manual Shift"
3. Enter the new shift details
4. Your alarms automatically adjust for that day
5. Your regular rotation continues the next day

• Weekly: Every Friday, for example

The earnings calculator is very accurate when you provide:

• Your base hourly rate

Yes! There are three ways:

1. Share With Other User(s) That Have SWX Installed: Data sharing allows 2 or more users to shared schedule data between their devices. Go to MAIN MENU, SETUP, DATA SHARING and create a sharing account on each device. Enter each other's username in your devices. Enter the SAME encription key in both devices. Select items to share. Each event or note is selected to be shared at the time of their creation.
2. Email Schedule: Use the "Email Calendar" feature to send schedule information, events or notes for any date range.
3. Screenshots: Use the devices screenshot option to send picture of screen to others.

Your family doesn't need ShiftWorker X installed to view your schedule.
